a year ago1 AnswerA: For the Slouchy Knit Beanie, if we calculate the circumference based on gauge, it will be 19.5" after the ribbing. But remember, knit fabric will stretch quite a bit. If you are very concerned once you have knit a few inches, you can transfer the stitches onto a waste yarn and try it on. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions.
