9 months ago2 AnswersA: No, it doesn't, actually. Open the pattern - it's alternating cable patterns: one starts on row 1 one starts on row 9. Row 1 of the cable pattern is the cable. The pattern needs to updated
9 months agoHelpful?Q: The pattern doesn't match the photo - the pattern has every row a cable panel, just alternating where the cable is. The photo has alternating cable panels with solid rows. Is there an error in the pattern? Or the photo?
10 months ago1 AnswerA: Every row has a cable panel, but not every row is a cable stitch. This is the cable panel referenced in the pattern. Cable Panel (worked over 8 sts). 1st row: (RS). C8F. 2nd row: Purl. 3rd row: Knit. 4th to 15th rows: As 2nd and 3rd rows 6 times. 16th row: As 2nd row. These 16 rows form Cable Panel. We hope this helps you move forward.
